Six miler

Carrie J and I ran into town from the six-mile corner on Saturday. It was rainy and cool, but very fun! Tomorrow night I plan to go to Webster to run a 5k. Am I ready? Who knows. Hopefully it is fun. Carrie's son has a game, so she can't come. It is supposed to rain--maybe she can come if the game is rained out. Happy running!!

Running Once Again!

After surviving graduation, I am at it again! I have been running pretty well for a couple of weeks, and hope to continue! Feels good to get outside and go!
Carrie J and I met up by chance tonight and ran with the girls in tow! Take care all, and have a great weekend!

Two More Days

I was itching to run north of town, so last night I did. It was very windy, but at least it pushed me back to town! Tonight I took Ceci for a stroll........maybe I'll run tomorrow night before I pick her up. Wendell is taking RJ to SF to catch a plane to STL. Keep on a truckin'!!!!

Runnin in the Rain

I had a great run in the windy rain. Up and down the big hill twice and half way around town. I was kinda in the groove. Running on prom night is kind of a tradition for me, and since RJ didn't go, it was a good way to keep my mind off of that and just chill. Take care all!! Love ya!

Running Update

Hi all! Well, I ran in the rain last night and took Ceci for a run/stroller ride and to the school. Probably only did 2 miles each time. Better than nothing. Hoping to do a long run this weekend. Wish me luck!!

Running at Night

OK, not the smartest thing to do, but I went running at 8:30 last night and actually got in 3 miles before it got pitch black and really cold. Fun. May have to go tonight also. It's called STRESS!! Take Care!
