Speed Work

Hi gals! Yes, Sheila finally got moving! After too many birthdays this weekend, I was ready to run! I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes tonight. I did some intervals, two minutes running, one minute walking. I worked my way up to 6.4 mph. Thought some speed might kick start things! I have grand plans for working out ALOT this week. I tried to eat healthy today--Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp-I got it at Target--yum! C ya later!!

Template Change

Hi again--I changed the template since the black was a little hard to see. Play with it as you like, I am flexible. I thought this looked kind of fresh and summery!!

It's Been Awhile

Hi girls! How is it going? Carrie A. and I worked out Tuesday night. We went 45 min. in the workout room. I was so tired, I really didn't run, but instead did the elliptical and walked. Carrie A. worked out AND went home and did yoga. Good for you!! I NEED to get going! I ate enough to kill a horse last night. Ugh! Winter is getting long. I was going to get out tonight, but we will see what happens. I need to get on that treadmill more often if I can't get outside or to the workout room! Inspire me!!

brrrrr!!

OK- It was a little colder than I thought, particulary when I got to the north side of town on the hills, but I did it! My around town route on the hills which is about 3.3 mi- I think. It took me aobut 40 minutes, but I had to stop a few times for traffic and dogs! I am glad I did it, but more sore than usual- I must have been a little tense from worrying about slipping. The streets weren't too bad though.
