Speed Work

Hi gals! Yes, Sheila finally got moving! After too many birthdays this weekend, I was ready to run! I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes tonight. I did some intervals, two minutes running, one minute walking. I worked my way up to 6.4 mph. Thought some speed might kick start things! I have grand plans for working out ALOT this week. I tried to eat healthy today--Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp-I got it at Target--yum! C ya later!!
