Hello Ladies,
I'm pumped because I actually ran yesterday during my walking workout! Yea, the longest I've run in a long time. Plan on doing some more today... my goal will be to be able to run to my mailbox by the time Spring rolls around! So keep going.... I'll catch up with you eventually! :) How far do you all walk/run in a normal week?

  1. I usually do 20-25 miles a week (walk/run) combination on the treadmill. This week I only made 16 miles due to other commitments. I usually work out when I get home from work, but Eric and I are going to challenge each other or push each other out of bed for some morning work-outs. This should be interesting as I am not a morning person!!
