Let's find one! I went out for about 2 miles Thursday night, braving the dark and ice, and maybe 1 1/2 miles on Friday after school. I felt REALLY GOOD on Thursday and so-so on Friday. I thought YOGA was the key to not being tired but who knows? OK, Carrie J and I are on for a Saturday AM run, and I think both Carrie's and I should shoot for YOGA at 4:00 on TUESDAY. Yes! I will check the running sites-we need MOTIVATION!!!! Here are the sites for all:
